Q: Do you work weekends or evenings?
Yes, depending on availability. Our business hours are M-F 8 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM. We will stay later as needed to get a job to a good stopping point. We do not work on Sundays.

Q: What kinds of projects do you handle?
Repairs, painting, drywall, smart home device installs, concrete, remodeling—if it’s in or around your house, there’s a good chance we can handle it. Just ask.

Q: Do you take credit cards or checks?
Yes. We accept credit cards and ACH through QuickBooks (fees apply), checks from local-verified banks, and yes—old-fashioned cash still works.

Q: Do you do emergency repairs?
We’re not a 24/7 operation…yet. However, if something urgent comes up during business hours, we’ll do our best to respond quickly.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we’re a legit, licensed and insured business. We carry general liability insurance because we don’t believe in playing handyman roulette.

Q: What if my job takes longer than expected?
We’ll communicate clearly if things shift. If your wall hides a secret beehive or time capsule, we’ll handle it like pros (with a change order, not a surprise bill).

Q: Do you pull building permits?
Most of the work we do doesn’t require a permit. But if it does, the property owner or a licensed specialist (like an electrician or plumber) will need to pull it. We’ll always let you know if it’s necessary—we’re good at coloring inside the lines.

Q: Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes, with some limitations. We’re best suited for light commercial maintenance and repairs—think offices, small storefronts, or tenant improvements. If you're managing a massive industrial complex, we might not be your guys.
